If you return a product for any kind of exchange, you are resposible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product.

You are resposible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we are not responsible for lost items. Boots/footwear returned for sizing must include all original tags, store receipt and must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date. No exceptions.

Boots/footwear showing any sign of wear will not be accepted. Wear boots only on clean carpeted flooring until you are sure they fit properly. Boots/footwear must be in their original box and box must not be defaced in any way. Doing so will result in a restocking fee. All single boot orders over $100.00 (excluding sales tax where applicable) will receive FREE standard ground shipping through UPS.
